  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup of cooked red rice
  • 200g fresh salmon (cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsp crab roe
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped spring onions (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Ingredients: Cook quinoa and red rice separately according to their package instructions. Set them aside to cool.
    2. Cook the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
    3. Stir-Fry Base: In the same pan, add sesame oil, garlic, and onion. Sauté until fragrant.
    4. Add the Rice: Toss in the cooked quinoa and red rice. Stir well to combine and ensure even heat distribution.
    5. Egg Mixture: Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs slightly, then mix them into the rice.
    6. Combine Flavors: Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked salmon and crab roe gently, ensuring the ingredients are well-mixed but the roe remains intact.
